Hi, I’m Kelli, your Mindset Empowerment Coach and Trainer. I’m excited you’re here!
I’ve been training adults and children for close to 30 years and I LOVE it! I like tasks, they are necessary, but people are my passion and really, we are all in the PEOPLE business, right?
Along with teaching the DISC model of human behavior to companies all over the Northwest and being a certified DISC analyst, I’m a Grief Educator, Death Doula, and American Heart Association Instructor. I live in beautiful Northern Idaho with my 3 children. We love to Hike in the woods, pick huckleberries, play at the beach and take in all this area has to offer.
Over the past few years, I’ve gotten used to Zoom out of necessity but I’m glad to be back in facilities like yours, with real live people!

In an interview with Mr. Truett Cathy, the founder of Chick-fil-a he revealed there are three qualities he looks for when interviewing a potential owner, operator or employee of Chick-fil-a.
Those three qualities are character, competence, and chemistry.
Mr. Cathy explained that character is a person’s ability to be honest and demonstrate integrity. A person with character will always do what is right in any given situation.
A person of competence, he said, is someone who has an ability to read a situation and act appropriately, making wise, practical decisions.
The third quality he listed was chemistry. Mr. Cathy explained that a person’s personality needs to fit well with others in the organization. People need to be able to get along with each other, being thoughtful and kind, rather than selfish and self-centered.
